Eswaran Brothers Exports (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a young, dynamic, and motivated Technician to support its tea bag packaging operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting tea bag packing machines while ensuring uninterrupted production, product quality, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Previous experience in operating or maintaining tea bag packing machines will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on shift schedules when required.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot tea bag packing machines to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Minimize machine downtime through timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine machine servicing, inspections, and adjustments.
• Monitor product quality and ensure packaging standards are consistently achieved.
• Maintain accurate production records and promptly report technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Support continuous production improvements and equipment reliability.
