The successful candidate will be responsible for administering enterprise network systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ICT operations while ensuring high availability, information security, and reliable IT support across multiple countries.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Networking, IT Security, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar System Administrator or IT Infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and High Availability (HA) architecture.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Experience providing enterprise IT infrastructure support.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft (MS-102/SC-300), Fortinet (NSE 4), or Cisco (CCNA) will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer LAN/WAN infrastructure with High Availability architecture.
• Provide IT infrastructure support to users while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Administer Microsoft 365 platforms and Active Directory environments supporting users across multiple countries.
• Ensure IT assets comply with company ISMS policies and intellectual property requirements.
• Recommend and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business and technological developments.
• Lead ICT operational activities and supervise technical staff.
• Identify staff training needs and support technical and soft skill development.
• Maintain secure, reliable, and efficient IT infrastructure across the organization.
