The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, dispatch coordination, and distribution processes while ensuring efficient logistics operations. Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Fulfilment, or Distribution, preferably in an FMCG or food processing environment.
• Alternatively, a Higher National Diploma in Food Science or Technology with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in cool room temperature environments.
• Willingness to work on shift or roster basis, including night shifts.
• Ability to work on-site at the Banduragoda dairy factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
• Manage and streamline dispatch processes to improve operational efficiency and asset safety.
• Oversee invoicing, timely dispatch, and delivery of customer orders.
• Perform and monitor dispatch and receiving system transactions while maintaining data accuracy.
• Maintain inventory documentation and prepare warehouse KPI reports.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize warehousing and distribution operations.
• Drive continuous improvements in inventory management and distribution strategies.
• Recommend operational improvements to senior management.
• Enhance customer service through effective logistics solutions.
• Perform additional warehouse and logistics-related duties assigned by management.
