Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification with a Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales promotions, event management, marketing, or brand activation.
• Experience in the automobile industry will be considered an added advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong event coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala and English. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work on weekends during promotional events.
• A valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing promotional campaigns, roadshows, showroom events, and product launches.
• Organizing customer engagement activities, test drive events, and field promotions.
• Generating quality sales leads through promotional activities and corporate partnerships.
• Coordinating with marketing agencies, vendors, and OEM partners on branding initiatives.
• Maintaining promotional materials and ensuring showroom branding complies with company standards.
• Supporting digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and promotional content.
• Working closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.
• Monitoring competitor activities and preparing reports on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Performing other duties assigned by management.
