Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Graduate qualification (preferably in Business Management or Marketing) and/or a professional qualification from CIM or SLIM.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the paints or building materials (hardware) industry.
• Proven ability to manage dealer and retail distribution networks.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Age preferably below 45 years.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned sales region.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the dealer/distributor network for retail coating products.
• Implement effective retail sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and debtor management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to strengthen dealer relationships.
• Achieve assigned regional sales targets and business objectives.
• Ensure product availability across the assigned territory.
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
