Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A recognized degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of senior operational leadership experience in a manufacturing or process-driven organization.
• Proven track record of improving productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, and supply chain performance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the printing, packaging, or industrial manufacturing sector will be a distinct advantage.
• Ability to translate business strategy into measurable operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by improving plant reliability, productivity, profitability, and working capital discipline.
• Lead manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Deliver agreed targets for production, quality, cost, service, profitability, and cash flow.
• Improve capacity utilization and overall operational efficiency.
• Strengthen procurement governance, supplier performance, inventory control, and working capital management.
• Align operational execution with commercial priorities, budgets, and strategic objectives.
• Build and develop a high-performing management team while promoting accountability, safety, quality, and compliance.
• Lead sales and business development strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term profitability.
