Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in the healthcare or service industry will be preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Promote hospital services, corporate healthcare packages, and wellness programs.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized healthcare solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Attend corporate meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
