Qualifications & Experience

• NCT (Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience, including at least 3 years as a QA/QC Inspector in road construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections for road construction activities.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect construction materials and workmanship.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to maintain quality standards.
• Support quality audits and ensure compliance with project requirements.
