Qualifications & Experience

• HND (Civil), NDT, NDES, or an equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of road construction methods and engineering practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in supervising daily road construction activities.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and project teams.
• Support quality control and inspection activities.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain construction records.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards.
• Promote compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
