Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience supervising construction labour on road construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good understanding of road construction methods and site operations.
• Ability to coordinate daily site activities and maintain productivity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction labour on site.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure project activities are completed according to schedule.
• Allocate manpower efficiently to achieve project targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers and site management to resolve operational issues.
