Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a competitive, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment.
• Experience in field sales, institutional sales, or healthcare business development will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business objectives across assigned healthcare institutions in line with the company’s strategic direction.
• Develop and implement effective field sales and business development strategies.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the field team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities to maximize market growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure effective institution management and customer engagement.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates for management.
• Support sustainable business growth through strategic execution and operational excellence.
