Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive – Alternative Channels will drive merchant acquisition through Payable’s strategic partner ecosystem, focusing primarily on bank partnerships and non-financial institutional partnerships. The role involves building strong partner relationships, generating qualified merchant leads, converting leads into active merchants, and supporting the growth of the Alternative Channels team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank partners and non-financial institutions.
- Build strong relationships with branch staff and key partner stakeholders.
- Convert partner-generated leads into successful merchant acquisitions.
- Conduct regular visits to bank branches and partner locations.
- Generate and secure qualified merchant leads ahead of competitors.
- Promote Payable products and digital payment solutions effectively.
- Collect merchant documents and complete onboarding requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate application submissions through Mastercore.
- Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments.
- Support channel growth and guide team members to improve performance.

Essential Skills
- Bank partner relationship management.
- Experience managing non-financial institutional partnerships.
