Key purpose of the Job

The Group Head of Engineering leads the Engineering function across Brandix’s global footprint, aligning Corporate, Regional, Center, and Plant teams to deliver operational excellence at scale.​​

This is an opportunity to lead engineering transformation in one of the most dynamic and technically evolving sectors, helping build the future of apparel manufacturing across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and drive the Group-wide engineering strategy, covering technology adoption, automation, smart manufacturing, and sustainable engineering practices ​​
• Own CAPEX governance and engineering performance, planning capital investment, deploying KPIs, and driving asset reliability and maintenance excellence​​
• Lead Brandix’s sustainable engineering agenda — including energy management, EHS compliance, and net zero commitments​​
• Drive cross-functional synergies — aligning engineering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sustainability to deliver group-wide operational excellence​​
