Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Previous field sales or canvassing experience is preferred.
• Experience in the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
• Excellent relationship management and customer engagement skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based canvassing to acquire new factoring clients.
• Identify and approach SMEs, manufacturers, traders, suppliers, and contractors.
• Promote factoring products including invoice discounting and receivable financing solutions.
• Generate quality business leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams to facilitate smooth processing of factoring facilities.
• Maintain excellent customer service while expanding the company’s factoring portfolio.
