Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Bancassurance within a reputed life insurance company.
• Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote life insurance products to corporate and individual customers through partner bank branches.
• Drive bancassurance sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Provide professional product presentations and financial solutions to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
