Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Bancassurance within a reputed life insurance company.
• Professional qualification related to Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote life insurance products to corporate and individual bank customers.
• Drive bancassurance sales through partner bank branches.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within specified timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the bancassurance portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business performance.
