Qualifications & Experience

• Professional or academic qualification (partially or fully completed) in CIMA, ACCA, CA, or a Degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or the banking sector.
• Experience in a reputed audit firm will be considered an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management information reports and business insights.
• Conduct financial data analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop business forecasts, assumptions, and financial models.
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requirements.
• Contribute to performance monitoring and strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain high reporting standards.
