Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification.
• Completed Nurse Assistant training from a recognized institute.
• Previous experience in a hospital or medical centre will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on a shift basis.
• Strong commitment to patient care and service excellence.
• Candidates residing close to Panadura or Kiribathgoda will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and doctors in providing quality patient care.
• Support patients with daily activities and basic nursing care.
• Assist in patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Take and record vital signs and report abnormalities when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of wards, examination rooms, and medical equipment.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times.
• Assist in infection control activities and maintain hygiene standards.
• Support OPD, emergency, and clinical operations as required.
• Help maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
