Qualifications & Experience

Pharmacist

• SLMC registration is mandatory.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and patient safety practices.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems.

Assistant Pharmacist

• Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in medication dispensing and pharmacy inventory management will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain pharmacy records and inventory systems.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.
• Provide professional customer and patient service.
• Monitor medication stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Support patient safety initiatives and medication management processes.
