The Plantation Human Development Trust (PHDT) is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Regional ICT Officer to support ICT operations across its regional offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for computer systems support, network troubleshooting, database management, reporting, and maintaining ICT-related records.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Applications.
• Knowledge of:
  • Computer systems and hardware.
  • Network troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Office packages.
  • Database handling and management.
  • Report preparation.
  • Correspondence and record keeping.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ICT support for regional office operations.
• Troubleshoot computer and network-related issues.
• Maintain databases and electronic records.
• Prepare reports and ICT-related documentation.
• Support users with software and hardware issues.
• Maintain proper records and correspondence.
• Assist in the implementation of ICT systems and processes.
