Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a related field is mandatory.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Ability to interact professionally with healthcare centers and stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and ability to achieve targets.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Candidates residing in or around Mahiyanganaya will have an added advantage.
• Valid vehicle or motorcycle driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the hospital’s laboratory and healthcare services.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare centers and business partners.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach activities within the assigned region.
• Achieve assigned business development and marketing targets.
• Support operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback on marketing performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service visibility.
