The successful candidate will support branch operations, recruitment activities, sales administration, reporting, staff registrations, training coordination, and various operational functions to ensure smooth branch performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Previous experience in administrative or operational support functions will be advantageous.
• 1–2 years of experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle branch recruitment activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate sales staff registrations and nominations for IRCSL examinations.
• Manage branch receipting activities accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in organizing monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
• Prepare sales performance reports and related operational documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding medical pending matters and technical requirements.
• Maintain operational records and support branch administration functions.
• Ensure smooth execution of branch processes and compliance requirements.
