Internship Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer calls
• Identifying client needs and providing suitable solutions
• Researching and resolving customer issues
• Supporting upselling and cross-selling activities
• Delivering excellent customer service experiences

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Work any 5 days per week in 8-hour shifts
• Additional allowances for weekend and holiday shifts
