Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within a reputed organization
- Experience in the banking or finance industry will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant professional qualifications in Risk Management
- Master’s Degree will be considered an added advantage
- Exposure to IT and cyber security risk management will be beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Ensure compliance with CBSL guidelines and industry best practices
- Identify, assess, and monitor credit, market, liquidity, operational, and strategic risks
- Prepare periodic risk reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for management and Board committees
- Support the maintenance of risk registers and risk appetite statements
- Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy assessments
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and operational risk management functions
- Prepare IT and cyber security risk dashboards and reports
