Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (QS) or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years of total industry experience
• At least 5 years of experience in building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management and project coordination
• Ability to work independently and manage project-related commercial activities efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quantity surveying activities for building construction projects
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project valuations
• Monitor project budgets and cost controls
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
• Handle contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects
• Ensure timely preparation of project-related financial documentation
