Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) by designing and uploading training modules
• Monitoring training completion rates and providing technical support to staff
• Facilitating goal-setting and evaluation processes while ensuring accurate system updates
• Creating engaging digital content including training flyers, communication posts, and employee engagement materials
• Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement events and activities
• Coordinating with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth logistics and delivery
• Providing hands-on support for departmental initiatives and operational requirements

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• A recognized qualification with 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Skills in using digital tools to create engaging learning and communication content
• Strong understanding of performance cycles and goal-setting frameworks
• Experience managing LMS platforms
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
