Job Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing production plans to meet sales requirements
• Ensuring timely delivery and smooth manufacturing flow
• Assisting in daily production scheduling and execution
• Monitoring workstation performance and production targets
• Conducting data analysis and reporting daily progress
• Maintaining company quality standards and reducing rejection rates
• Coordinating with procurement and stores for raw material availability
• Supervising shop floor workers and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and 5S standards
• Preparing production and material utilization reports
• Participating in special projects to improve production efficiency

Skills Required
