Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling daily accounting entries and documentation
• Maintaining cash book, petty cash, and bank records
• Preparing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Assisting with stock and inventory records
• Supporting monthly financial reporting activities
• Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and auditors when required

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Part qualification in AAT / CA / CIMA or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field (preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Private transport
