Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s B2B sales footprint by engaging with developers, contractors, consultants, and institutional stakeholders. The role involves managing key client relationships and promoting Central Industries’ products for major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Targeting high-potential institutional clients including:
- Apartment developers
- Construction companies
- Government institutions
- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with:
- Architects
- Consultants
- Project managers
- Assisting in preparing technical bids and commercial proposals
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and infrastructure projects
- Driving sales growth through proactive selling and negotiations
- Identifying new business opportunities in institutional sales markets
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within:
- Construction
- Hardware
- Engineering sectors
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills in English and local languages
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate value propositions effectively
- Valid riding license
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
