The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring smart security systems, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and system security standards.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Administering and managing security systems including:
  • Access Control
  • CCTV
  • Parking Systems
  • Visitor Management
  • E-work permits
  • E-gate pass systems
• Ensuring systems are updated, maintained, and aligned with data privacy and information security standards
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing with Group IT and service providers
• Monitoring system performance, service contracts, and SLA/KPI compliance
• Managing system faults, risk escalation, and mitigation actions
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for implementations and fault rectifications
• Supporting procurement processes and vendor payment procedures
• Maintaining inventories, records, and security system databases
• Ensuring compliance with ISO, ISMS, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy standards
• Participating in internal and external audits

Required Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Credit passes in English, Mathematics, and Science (GCE O/L)
• NVQ Level 6 in IT/Electronic/Telecommunications or a relevant degree
• Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel knowledge
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT or technology-related fields with IT systems management and networking exposure
• Good communication and presentation skills
