Job Description

The selected candidate will oversee plumbing and drainage system works for a resort project. Responsibilities include manpower management, daily progress monitoring, and ensuring all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The role also requires close coordination with MEP and civil teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems
• Manage site manpower and daily operations
• Monitor project progress and maintain reporting procedures
• Ensure compliance with approved technical drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with MEP and civil engineering teams
• Oversee water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and pump system works
• Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical or Plumbing Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing works, including supervisory experience
• Proven experience in manpower management and site reporting
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems
• Experience in hotel or resort projects (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong coordination and team management skills
