Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing showroom operations efficiently
• Supervising and motivating showroom staff
• Promoting hardware and aluminium products
• Visiting sites, contractors, and fabricators to develop business opportunities
• Maintaining customer relationships and increasing sales performance

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• 3–4 years of experience in selling hardware items and accessories to the building industry
• Experience in selling aluminium extrusions (considered an added advantage)
• Ability to supervise and motivate showroom employees
• Willingness to visit construction sites, contractors, and fabricators to canvass business

Skills Required
