Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
• Assisting in managing and motivating the solar sales team
• Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conducting site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Coordinating with technical and operational teams for smooth project execution
• Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market updates
• Supporting marketing and promotional activities related to solar solutions

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
• At least 3 years of mandatory experience in the solar or renewable energy sector
• Good understanding of solar energy products and services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an added advantage)
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A valid driving license (mandatory)
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
