Job Summary

The selected candidate will strategically plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives to drive business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement within the insurance sector.

Job Functions

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing and customer engagement programs
• Lead marketing initiatives for insurance products, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Oversee marketing collateral, website content, and brand visibility activities
• Support brand-building and outdoor visibility efforts
• Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and internal campaigns
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in:
  • Marketing
  • Management
  • Insurance
  • Related field
• More than 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Proven success in campaigns, product launches, sponsorships, and customer engagement initiatives
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and analytical decision-making
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
