Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and modifying garment patterns, ensuring proper fit and grading accuracy, and coordinating with design, sampling, and production teams for smooth execution of apparel manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify garment patterns according to buyer requirements
• Interpret technical packs, measurements, and design specifications
• Ensure accurate fitting, grading, and pattern consistency
• Conduct fit sessions and implement required corrections
• Support sampling and bulk production with technical expertise
• Ensure patterns meet quality, cost, and production standards
• Coordinate with design and production teams for timely execution

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Certification in Pattern Making or Garment Technology
• Professional training in CAD pattern-making systems such as Gerber, Lectra, or similar
• Experience in export-oriented apparel manufacturing
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
