Job Summary

The selected candidate will support production efficiency improvements, workflow optimization, and capacity planning within a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct method studies and time studies for lingerie production operations
• Improve productivity through line balancing and workflow optimization
• Set Standard Minute Values (SMV) and update operation bulletins
• Support capacity planning and production efficiency improvements
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to reduce operational bottlenecks

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lingerie or intimate apparel manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of SMV, work study, and garment operations
• Experience in production efficiency improvement techniques
• Good analytical and MS Excel skills
