Job Summary

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring compliance standards, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and supporting workplace compliance initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and buyer standards
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits
• Maintain compliance documentation and records
• Identify and report non-compliance issues with corrective actions
• Conduct training sessions on compliance and workplace standards

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance or auditing (apparel industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance standards
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ethical standards
