Job Summary

The Quality Manager will work closely with production and technical teams to ensure product quality consistency, maintain compliance standards, and improve manufacturing processes to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Implement and monitor quality control systems and inspection procedures
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Train and guide quality teams on standards and best practices
• Analyze quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Apparel, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within intimate apparel manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and problem-solving tools
