Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with product, planning, logistics, and related departments
• Ensure timely delivery to local and international customers
• Prepare invoices and follow up on post-shipment documents
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver results effectively
• Maintain records independently and conduct continuous follow-up

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess:

• SLIM/CIM qualification (full or part qualification) or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong customer relationship and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Candidates residing within 15 km from Katunayake EPZ will have an added advantage
