Position Details

Service & Repair Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Receiving repair items from customers and issuing receipts
• Updating customers on repair progress
• Coordinating with service technicians and service executives
• Preparing repair invoices after completion
• Entering service reports into the system
• Following up with technicians regarding repair completion and item collection

Educational Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
• Basic computer knowledge
• Minimum one (01) year experience in documentation and customer handling
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage customers and repair records

Added Advantage

• Experience in service or repair coordination
