Manager – Delivery Channels

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Engaging with business leaders and product owners to gather and clarify requirements
• Optimizing SQL queries for performance and efficiency
• Creating technical diagrams for system architecture and data flows
• Conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Implementing security best practices and conducting code reviews
• Providing prompt and effective technical support to management and users

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum six (06) years of working experience
• At least three (03) years in a similar managerial capacity
• Experience preferably within the Banking or Financial sector

AND

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in:
  • Information Technology
  • Software Engineering
  • Or related discipline

Added Advantage

• Master’s Degree

Technical Skills Required

Candidates should have experience in:

• Payment Switching Systems
• Mobile & Internet Banking Applications
• ISO Messaging Standards
• Lanka QR
• JustPay
• ATM, CRM, and Kiosk management
• SQL and monitoring tools
• Central Bank regulations related to digital payments and data privacy

Preferred Competencies

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Governance-oriented technical expertise
• Familiarity with Risk, Audit, and Compliance functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
