Job Summary

The selected candidate will manage recruitment, employee engagement, payroll administration, policy implementation, and HR compliance while supporting organizational growth and culture development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and employee handbooks
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary proceedings
• Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in compliance with labour laws
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate management reports
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
• Support positive organizational culture initiatives
• Liaise with government and regulatory bodies on labour matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of progressive HR experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a senior or supervisory HR role
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour law and employment regulations
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
