Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily store operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate with procurement and production departments
• Supervise store staff and ensure efficient operations
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuing of materials
• Conduct stock counts and support audits
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment
• Develop and enforce operational and safety procedures

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess:

• Professional qualification in Stores / Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Leadership and team management skills
• Age between 35 – 45 years
• Candidates living close to Katunayake will have an added advantage
