Candidate Profile

Applicants should ideally possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Windows systems administration within an enterprise environment
• Strong experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments and core services such as Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy
• Hands-on experience in patch management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Windows systems
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware and enterprise backup or monitoring tools
• Knowledge of security hardening practices, vulnerability management, and scripting including PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Administering, maintaining, and supporting enterprise Windows server environments hosting critical applications and services
• Installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting operating systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance
• Implementing security controls while ensuring compliance with policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Planning and executing patch management activities while following change management procedures
• Monitoring system performance and resolving incidents within SLA timelines while coordinating with internal teams and vendors
• Supporting backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes while maintaining accurate documentation.
