Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Carrying out pawning and gold loan transactions according to bank policies and procedures
• Checking the accuracy and completeness of client requests related to cash, cheques, gold, and over-the-counter services
• Assisting the Branch Manager in achieving branch financial targets
• Maintaining a healthy gold advance portfolio and achieving assigned pawning and gold loan budgets
• Ensuring higher recovery ratios and minimizing gold articles sent for auction
• Generating leads for banking products and services and following up for conversions
• Participating in business promotions and local marketing campaigns to acquire new customers
• Ensuring customer requests and security documents are processed accurately and on time
• Maintaining compliance with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess:

• Around 2 years of experience in managing gold advances portfolios in a bank or leading finance company
• Part qualification in Banking & Finance or an equivalent professional qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
