Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging visuals for social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
• Support brand consistency across digital and print platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives
• Prepare and format designs for multiple platforms while ensuring high-quality output
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting project deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a graphic design role
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience using Canva and related design tools
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory
• Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with AI design tools will be an added advantage
