Softlogic Glomark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Executive to support retail business audit operations. The role involves conducting process audits, identifying risks, evaluating internal controls, and supporting audit reporting and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and perform process audits covering retail business operations
• Identify audit issues, risk implications, and recommend mitigation plans
• Participate in annual stock count activities and coordination
• Review internal controls in retail operations with guidance from the Manager – Internal Audit
• Develop policies and SOPs by evaluating current business practices
• Prepare process audit reports
• Review systems and available information to develop MIS and analytical reports
• Support process evaluations and operational improvements

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from a recognized university
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a reputed audit firm
• Internal auditing experience will be an added advantage
• Part qualification in:
  • CASL
  • CIMA
  • ACCA
  • CMA
• Experience in Audit Data Analytics tools and Oracle will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Sinhala and English
• Strong ability to identify internal control deficiencies and recommend risk mitigation plans
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple engagements concurrently
