Applicants should possess:

• HSK Level 5 or 6 Chinese language proficiency
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in:

• HR certification or HR-related experience (an added advantage)
• Good knowledge of:
  • MS Office applications
• Strong:
  • Communication skills
  • Coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing Chinese-English translation and interpretation support for daily operations
• Facilitating communication between:
  • Chinese expatriates

• Supporting:

• Translating:
  • Official documents
  • Reports
  • Correspondence
• Assisting with administrative and operational coordination for Chinese staff
