Role Summary

The selected candidate will support the finance operations of the organization by handling:

• MIS reporting
• Financial analysis
• Forecasting
• Tax compliance
• Financial reporting
• Process improvements

The role requires a detail-oriented finance professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for:

• Managing MIS reporting and financial analysis
• Preparing forecasts to support management decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with:
  • Taxation requirements
  • Statutory regulations
• Liaising with relevant authorities
• Implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting:
  • Month-end closing
  • Year-end financial closing processes

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional qualifications in:
  • Finance
  • Accounting
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the retail sector
