Candidate Profile

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Age below 30 years
• Professional qualification or Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute or university
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR operations
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Laws, EPF/ETF administration, and statutory form filling
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong team spirit

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing daily HR operational activities
• Handling payroll administration and employee documentation
• Coordinating recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
• Managing EPF/ETF and statutory compliance
• Supporting employee relations and HR administration
• Assisting management in HR-related functions and reporting
